Honoring Coco Lazenby

P.C.C.S. student Colette Lazenby died Aug 8th after a fatal car accident on Hwy 1 in Santa Cruz.  Her mother Kate has run with Team in Training for years, and Coco had become family to them.  She often attended their workouts, read books to, and baby-sat some of the other team members children. Although Coco did not pass away due to Leukemia/Lymphoma, Team in Training is dedicating their fund raising efforts in Coco's honor this year.  Their goal is to raise $100,000 so they will qualify for a research grant.  Please help us honor Coco by making a donation to the website listed below.

Please also join PCCS students & Families to honor Coco's memory and her passion for her community by attending the Coastal Cleanup on Saturday Sept 19th.  9am-12pm at Hidden Beach (Aptos).  Please register at http://saveourshores.org/acc/.  Any question please email martha_miller@pvusd.net
